Claims Assistant
Location: Hybrid (Broomfield, CO) – 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Claims Assistant to join our growing team! This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in retail or food service is highly valued, and we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage heavy phone work, process claims, and ensure accurate data entry.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and team members.
Support claims operations through research, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Update and maintain claims forms, organize files, and address customer inquiries.
What You Bring:
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
Background in claims processing, administrative work, or call handling.
Familiarity with accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or insurance is a plus.
