Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Admin Assistant for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills who are looking to gain valuable experience and transition into a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule:
Full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
