Dozens of openings – but highly competitive! Seeking clerical and data entry support for a highly respected financial institution. Full-time & part-time roles available.

This role involves working with legal documents in a secure environment (a lockbox/vault). Because of the secure environment, we can only provide limited details of this particular role. An extremely extensive background check including fingerprinting, credit check, and 7-year criminal/employment/residential address check and verification of US residency required (at least 7 years).

LOCATION: 75067, Lewisville, TX (121 and Denton Tap Road)


JOB DESCRIPTION: Role reports to their lockbox (vault). This is a long-term role within the Receivable Operations. Production line type of environment inside a secured vault. Preparing batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopes & inputting data into the system.

This is a long-term role in a production line type of environment inside a secured vault. NO SMART PHONES OR SMART WATCHES PERMITTED inside the vault.


CLERICAL Pay/Hours: Various shifts/pay available. Weekly Pay. Benefits after 60 days.
- 1st Shift: M-F 5 am-3:30pm ($20/hr)
- 1st Shift: Sat-Tues 5 am-3:30pm ($20/hr)
- 1st Shift (Part-time): T, W, TH 5am-3:30pm ($20/hr)
- 1st Shift: M-F 7am-3:30 pm ($20/hr)
- 3rd Shift: M-F 3:30 pm-12:00 am ($23/hr)


CLERICAL JOB DUTIES:
- Preparing batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopes - Inputting data into the system.
- Operating high speed imaging equipment - Verifying checks through customer specific instructions for processing.
- Match check images to corresponding material while validating quality of images.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Meeting individual and team processing goals and metrics.
- Making judgement calls on routine duties and escalating non-routine situations to supervisor or manager.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7 years of USA residence history.
- Proof of US Citizenship – us birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, certificate of US citizenship or Naturalization.
- State Issued form of ID (ID/Drivers license) MUST BE VALID and not expired
Data Entry skills.
- Ability to pass in-depth background check and credit worthiness.
- Willing to work in a high security production environment while adhering to strict regulations including no cell phones/smart watches on production floor.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
- No time off in first 90 days – NO EXCEPTIONS
