We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to support our North American Sales Department in Bellevue, WA (onsite). This role offers comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, and Life Insurance after a 90-day probationary period. The schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift.

In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting customers with sales inquiries, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will master our innovative products, learning how to use, troubleshoot, and demonstrate them. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering top-tier service, and work closely with the sales team to share accurate information with customers. Staying informed about competitors to better assist our customers, preparing monthly sales activity reports, and handling additional duties as needed to support company success are also key responsibilities.

We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!), strong communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (2-3 years of recent experience), and the ability to type 50+ WPM. You should be highly organized, efficient, and self-motivated with attention to detail, and have a team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. An AA degree is preferred or equivalent work experience. Bilingual (Japanese or Spanish) is a plus, and a background in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, or clinical industries is a plus.
