Job Overview:
As a Bilingual Client Contact Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance in both English and Spanish. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized service. Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both languages.
-Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
-Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
-Investigate and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex cases.
-Accurately document client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
-Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
-Assist with onboarding new clients and providing support during the initial setup.
-Promote additional products and services as appropriate to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in English and Spanish - Required.
-Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or call center role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
-Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
