We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. If you’re a people person with excellent communication skills and enjoy maintaining a welcoming environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle calls with exceptional service
Schedule meetings for executives and clients
Keep the front office clean and organized for visitors
Make coffee, set out snacks, and ensure a comfortable experience for guests
Set up and clean conference rooms for meetings
Maintain inventory and manage supply orders
Assist with CRM updates, office tasks, and overflow work
Support team with data entry, filing, and marketing projects
Requirements:
2+ years of reception/admin experience
High school diploma/GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
CRM experience a plus
