Job Summary: As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and support. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
-Communicate effectively to assist clients with their inquiries, appointments, and concerns.
-Provide accurate and timely information regarding legal services, fees, and appointment scheduling.
-Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
-Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
-Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support as required.

Qualifications:

-Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
-Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
-Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
