Looking for an experienced CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST who will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls by phone or email from clients and internal departments. The calls will be related to but not limited to requests for documents, account research, clearing account set-up issues and general account questions.
The primary account activities are account closings, updating active accounts, giving status updates, and retrieving document requests for clients and immediate supervisor and internal departments.
This position is specialized and REQUIRES the candidate possess an ACTIVE SERIES 99 (Operations Professional) license. For those with active Series 6, 63, etc., and interested in this role, you may obtain your Series 99 without taking the exam.
Those with a banking/financial services/mortgage/escrow/brokerage backgrounds have excelled in this role. Position is a full-time, direct hire position paying up to $28.85/hr. to start depending on experience.
This position requires passing a background check.
