A software company in Downtown Santa Barbara is looking for a Collection Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, maintaining paper trails, and planning courses of action to recover outstanding invoice payments.
Pay: $75K-$90K a year
Location: Downtown Santa Barbara
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Start: ASAP
Job Duties:
• Identify, track, manage, and investigate delinquent customer accounts
• Work closely with customers to secure timely payment on overdue accounts
• Cultivate working relationships with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
• Use databases to monitor and update outstanding accounts
• Keep records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases
Requirements:
-Account Management experience
-Billing/Collection experience required.
-Knowledge of billings collection legal requirements
