We are hiring a Collections Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform outbound collection calls.
* Review orders on credit hold, as needed.
* Send invoices and proof of deliveries to customers when requested.
* Negotiate payment plan for delinquent accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 4 years of high volume B2B collections experience.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP) and Word.
* Experience with ERP Systems (MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, NAV).

HUGE PLUS:
* Accounts Receivable experience.
* Accounting degree.
