We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAM Specialist to join our team in Beverly Hills. This role is primarily accounting-focused, with responsibilities including the calculation of base years, running CAM reconciliations for each building, and reviewing lease setups in Yardi. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management and be highly proficient in Yardi software.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Salary: $80,000 - $92,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate base years and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges for each building.
• Review and verify lease setups in Yardi for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in best practices for CAM calculations and lease administration, leveraging previous commercial real estate experience.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless financial operations and accurate reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for tenants related to CAM and other lease-related charges.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar CAM Specialist/Leasing Analyst role within the commercial real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi software.
• In-depth experience in commercial property management, particularly in CAM reconciliations and lease administration.
• Ability to assist with best practices and share knowledge from previous commercial real estate roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
