Responsibilities:
General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on property systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, such as water leaks, electrical outages, and HVAC failures.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized services as needed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property maintenance.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver's license.
EPA certification (preferred)
