Looking for a Commercial Property Manager for a small property management company located in the City of Inglewood. This company's portfolio consists of office, retail strips and industrial space. **MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE - NO RESIDENTIAL** Salary range is: $32-35 hourly. Hours are from 8:30am-4:30pm with a (1-hour) lunch.
Responsibilities listed are:
Answer and handle tenant service calls.
Interface with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct on-site property inspections.
Approve payables for accounting to process.
Update rent roll.
Prepare budget and CAM reconciliation.
Collect Past Due Receivables.
Serve Three Day Notices.
Calculate CPI Increases.
Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Yardi (Voyager). Strong Organization and Multi-Tasking Skills, someone who is a team player and has excellent customer service skills.
