A full-service law firm has an immediate opening in our Winter Park office for a full-time Legal Assistant. This position requires 5+ years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm and the following related skills: Ability to open and close real estate matters. Ability to disburse payments. Knowledge of title insurance, etc. Successful candidate must also have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment and excellent communication skills. Primary duties will be assisting the Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will also possess good time management and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Aderant billing software a plus
