Our client, a full-service law firm is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy practice. The firm prides itself on fostering a positive and collegial work environment while delivering exceptional legal services.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience in commercial real estate, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. You will play a critical role in drafting and proofreading correspondence, real estate transaction documentation, and other legal documents. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, proofreading, and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate deals.
Prepare and maintain real estate transaction documentation and correspondence.
Support attorneys with case management, including research and analysis.
Ensure compliance with law firm and industry processes and procedures.
Utilize legal research tools and information technology systems to assist with case preparation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
Strong knowledge of real estate law and transactions, including contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in legal research tools and information technology systems.
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
