Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. This individual will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring project quality and safety, staying on budget and schedule, and driving strategic improvements in operations. Garland curved roofing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects across California
Read blueprints, perform take-offs, and ensure accurate project execution
Supervise crews of 6–20 workers per project
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources
Maintain compliance with California prevailing wage laws (non-union environment)
Conduct on-site inspections and resolve job site issues efficiently
Ensure OSHA standards and safety protocols are followed
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members
Provide strategic insight and contribute to the growth and innovation of the project team
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial roofing project management (required)
Garland curved roofing experience (highly preferred)
OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 10 may be considered with extensive experience)
First Aid/CPR certification
Familiarity with California prevailing wage laws
Ability to read construction plans and perform take-offs
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset
Bilingual skills are a major plus
Must commute to the office daily to access company vehicle for site travel
