As an Outreach Coordinator for this position you will conduct first level needs assessments to businesses and set appointments for Regional Managers.
Send follow-up emails to businesses
Secure in-person business consultations with businesses and business assistance team members
Follow up with businesses that have reached out to receive assistance
Provide compliance level reporting of all activities daily utilizing database, Salesforce, tracking calls, first level assessments and appointments
Provide weekly trend updates identified through 1st level assessments of businesses Participate in Business Assistance meetings with peers throughout LA County. Participate in activities as needed and directed by the Director of Business Assistance
