Position: Compensation Manager
This position is based in Miami Lakes, FL, with the expectation to work from office at least three times per week.
The role requires occasional travel to Puerto Rico.
A relocation package is available for candidates willing to move to Puerto Rico.
The Manager will supervise two employees within the Executive Compensation team.
Position Summary: This role leads the design and administration of executive compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and equity plans. The manager ensures alignment with market practices and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage short- and long-term incentive plans.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis.
Lead compensation planning cycles.
Support compliance with SEC, Nasdaq, and governance policies.
Prepare materials for board and committee presentations.
Oversee vendors and compensation-related systems.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
7+ years in compensation, ideally in finance sector.
Strong data analysis and modeling skills.
Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Certifications:
CCP, PHR, SPHR
