Conference & Events Coordinator – Exciting Opportunity in Seattle!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless event coordination? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are looking for a Conference & Events Coordinator to oversee meeting spaces, events, and hospitality services at a professional office in Seattle, WA! Prior catering and/or banquet experience is paramount for this role.

Dress Code: Business Casual
Parking: No free parking onsite

What You’ll Do:

Provide top-tier customer service and ensure smooth event coordination
Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, podiums, and dividers
Arrange catered food, beverages, and supplies—keeping everything well-stocked and organized
Maintain a clean and professional workspace
Follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 1-2 years in hospitality, office services, or a related field preferred
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service and organization, basic computer proficiency, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 75 lbs (conference furniture, supplies, etc.), push a 30-pound refreshment cart to conference rooms and break stations
