Responsibilities:
Preliminary Notices Management: Prepare and distribute preliminary notices to property owners, contractors, and other relevant parties as required by law.
Lien Release Processing: Coordinate the collection and processing of lien releases from subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion and payment for services rendered.
Document Management: Maintain accurate records of preliminary notices, lien releases, and other construction-related documents in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to preliminary notices and lien releases, providing timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders from construction activities.
Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in lien laws and regulations to ensure compliance with state and local requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, legal counsel, and accounting teams to support project objectives and mitigate risk associated with lien-related issues.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in construction administration, specifically with preliminary notices and lien releases, is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Knowledge of construction industry regulations and practices related to preliminary notices and lien management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
