Construction Completion Manager
Location: Tracy, CA
Duration: Approximately 3 months, with possibility for extension/direct hire for the right candidate

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage a team to complete construction of engineered building modules (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) which have unfinished items upon leaving the manufacturing line
• Read shop drawings and work with team members to identify unfinished work scope for each module and develop a material and labor estimate to complete the work
• Work with materials team to determine if materials are available in stock for work in the yard. When available, plan delivery to the yard as required.
• Work with purchasing to place orders for needed materials and direct the installation of these materials into the modules of highest priority
• Align efforts with established shipping schedule, and develop budgets and timeline for work to be completed, with estimated dates for completion of each module
• Proactively manage issues and alert management of potential problems before there is an impact to timeline
• Work with materials team to plan and execute module movements in the yard
• Work with Project Manager to manage/coordinate 3rd party logistics firms for pick-up of modules for shipment to the customer site
• Work with factory team to coordinate placement of newly completed modules in the yard
