Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish in the vibrant Charlotte, NC area. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
-Oversee and manage on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and compliance with all regulations.
-Review project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
-Identify and address potential risks or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
-Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maintain cost efficiency and quality.
-Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
-5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.).
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
