Position: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and best practices.



Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and close-out materials.



Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
