Job Title: Residential Construction Project Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/year

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager with a proven background in multi-family projects to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee high-end residential developments in one of the most prestigious areas in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Review project documents, including plans, contracts, and permits.
Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing multi-family residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
