We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will excel in managing high-performance teams, ensuring compliance, and driving successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and enforce safety protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.

*Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in public works construction and project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to oversee complex projects and maintain stakeholder relationships.
