Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to lead and manage our projects from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Project Execution – Oversee construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Manage Teams & Subcontractors – Direct daily activities, coordinate trades, and address performance concerns as needed.
Stay on Schedule – Utilize project management tools like Smartsheet to track progress and make adjustments.
Maintain Budget Control – Monitor costs, review RFIs, and implement corrective measures to stay within financial targets.
Ensure Safety Standards – Conduct safety meetings, enforce job site regulations, and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Problem-Solve in Real Time – Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot project challenges and facilitate change orders.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up with evolving construction practices and implement best practices on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience supervising commercial, residential, and tenant improvement projects.
Expertise in residential construction is required.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Procore, and Smartsheet.
Strong Construction Knowledge – Experience with project phases from grading to final finishes.
Detail-Oriented – Ability to review plans, perform quantity take-offs, and understand estimating formats.
Safety-First Mindset – OSHA certifications and first aid/CPR training are a plus (training provided if needed).
Local Candidates Preferred – Must be based in Ventura or Santa Barbara Counties with the ability to travel to job sites.
