Looking for customer Service Call Center professionals to join a very busy financial institution contact center. Must be flexible in schedule and be able to work any shift assigned between the hours of 4 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Sunday. If you are bilingual (English and Spanish speaking), we would LOVE to talk to you!

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months in a call center environment, (financial services industry is a plus), have a passion to assist customers with their needs and find solutions to their issues, You should have unlimited patience and be thick skinned, and possess good computer skills. You should be able to type at a minimum of 35 WPM and work and type simultaneously.

This is a full time, ongoing temporary position with the possibility of turning into a permanent position for the right people. It pays $18.00/hr and the position requires a clear background check.

Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will be paid a bonus bilingual differential of 5% above regular pay rate.
