Position Summary: AppleOne is seeking a Controller responsible for managing financial resources, including cash, investments, and other assets. The Controller ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and financial policies. This role will leads the financial team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage annual budgets and portfolio analysis
• Prepare monthly financial statements and specialized reports
• Conduct budget analysis and provide benefit program information
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Provide fiscal agent services
• Ensure grant compliance
• Manage insurance programs and vendor tax status
• Handle cash and investment management
• Administer payroll and benefits

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field
• Experience managing annual operating budgets ranging from $10 million to $30 million preferred
• Proficiency with Sage 100, MAS90 accounting software or similar ERP platforms and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to perform multiple duties simultaneously and work independently
