About Us:
Join our forward-thinking organization as a Corporate Procurement Manager and play a crucial role in shaping our procurement strategy. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee all procurement activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the procurement team to optimize supplier contracts and monitor performance metrics (KPIs).
Develop and implement strategic inventory management practices that drive cost reduction and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and external regulatory requirements.
Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance operational effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and support to team members, focusing on professional growth and performance management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, including at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong expertise in MRP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate effectively, and resolve procurement-related challenges.
