We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing costs, preparing budgets, and evaluating the performance of various business operations to ensure optimal financial efficiency.

Responsibilities:
? Analyze costs and variances to identify areas for improvement
? Prepare and maintain standard cost models for products and services
? Monitor inventory levels and reconcile inventory accounts
? Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize cost-saving opportunities
? Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
? Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects and initiatives
? Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiency
? Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
? 2+ years of experience in cost accounting or related role
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
? Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
