Credit Specialist
Location: Rochester, NY 14623
Compensation: $19 with potential for a higher wage based on experience.
Work Hours/Shift: • Tuesday - Friday: 10 AM - 9 PM • OR Monday - Friday: 12 PM - 9 PM
Requirements:
• Associate Degree required
• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Payroll and any kind of financial background is a bonus
• Experience working in a fast-paced computer environment
• Ability to multitask
• Commitment to the schedule is essential; we are happy to train the right candidate Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Time management skills

Job Description:
• Mitigate credit risk exposure by reviewing incoming clients utilizing company payroll services
• Ensure timely and accurate problem resolution while mitigating risks
• Review and approve or deny credit authorizations, payments, or termination decisions up to $100,000
• Prepare recommendations to management for items exceeding $100,000
• Conduct credit reviews on new payroll clients
• Review and interpret credit reports (Equifax, Experian) and financial trade and public record data
• Diffuse difficult client concerns and notify management of critical situations
• Research and resolve product and service issues from the field and clients, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial transactions
