What You’ll Do:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local businesses, ensuring their banking needs are met
? Provide personalized support and guidance on banking products, services, and financial solutions
? Act as a trusted advisor, proactively assisting customers with account management, problem resolution, and financial education
? Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, account maintenance, and service enhancements
? Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and contribute to the bank’s community initiatives
? Participate in local events and outreach programs, reinforcing our commitment to the community
? Stay up to date on banking regulations, policies, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
? 2+ years of customer service or banking experience (community banking preferred)
? Passion for helping people, building relationships, and strengthening the local community
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Knowledge of banking products, digital banking services, and financial best practices
? Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
? Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team-focused mindset
