What You’ll Do:
? Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries related to identity theft protection and cybersecurity services
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding account management, claims, and security features
? Educate customers on best practices for cybersecurity and how to maximize their identity theft protection plan
? Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care
? Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely solutions
? Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
? Monitor industry trends and stay updated on cybersecurity threats and identity theft protection techniques
? Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through the setup and activation of their protection services
What We’re Looking For:
? 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in cybersecurity, identity theft protection, or a related field
? Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers
? Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and securely
? Experience using CRM software, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases
? Tech-savvy with a general understanding of cybersecurity concepts and identity theft protection tools
? A problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
? Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy
