Our team is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join us for a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role.


**Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and clients. Your role will involve assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing top-notch service within the property management industry. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where your contribution will directly impact the satisfaction of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer phone calls and emails from residents and clients
- Address inquiries regarding property maintenance, payments, leasing, and general concerns
- Manage resident requests and ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure all interactions are handled professionally and courteously

**Qualifications:**
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Experience in property management is a plus, but not required
