Corporate Manufacturing office in East NY, Brooklyn is seeking a strong customer service representative for their office. If you love providing excellent customer service and helping clients resolve their issues from start to finish, this position is made for you!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide professional, timely, and courteous customer service to clients calling with inquires,
- Collaborate with various departments in the company including shipping, sales, and accounting,
- Detailed and accurate data entry to log customer inquires and updates on resolution to questions or issues,
- Assist with providing quotes to clients and work with vendors.
- Strong internal and external customer service,
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are crucial for this position.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Strong punctuality is required for the position. Position is temp to perm and we are seeking candidates who would like to become part f the corporate family. Benefits upon conversion to perm employment

- 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate environment
- High School diploma
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Data entry and technical skills with Microsoft
