Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Mall-based office)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday (rotating weekends required)

A dynamic and mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on empowering youth is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and service-minded individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver warm, inclusive customer service to members, volunteers, and community partners
Assist with volunteer onboarding and initial training
Support basic event coordination and program delivery
Maintain organized retail operations, including POS usage and restocking
Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date
Attend community events to support recruitment and outreach efforts
Promote a clean, welcoming environment in both retail and program spaces
Help ensure accessibility and equity in all programming and services
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support mission delivery
Ideal Candidate:
Personable and confident communicating with all types of people
A quick learner with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing needs
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce (or eager to learn)
Interested in community impact, youth programs, or nonprofit service
Available for rotating weekend shifts as part of a Sunday–Saturday schedule
Open to completing a background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting
