As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while also assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional responses via phone, email, or in-person interactions. - Assist customers with providing general product information. - Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring that all interactions and transactions are properly documented in our systems. - Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software and databases. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. - Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find appropriate solutions. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
