Immediate need for a Customer Service/Account Management associate. Duties include processing and inputting all customer inbound/outbound orders. Will be responsible for routing and coordinating special last minute requests from shipping, receiving, production, etc. Working with WMS daily to identify orders, investigate and problem solve, oversee all paperwork, bill of ladings, manifests, overage/shortages.
