NOW HIRING for a Bilingual, English/Portuguese Customer Service and Collections Specialist to join a great team in Orlando, FL!

Position: Collections/CSR Agent (collections experience is not required)

Language: Portuguese/English required

Location: 100% in office near Downtown:Orlando, FL 32804

Type: temp to perm

Pay: $17/hour

Schedule: Mon 11:00 – 7:00 & Tue – Fri 9 – 5.
Closed on weekends unless overtime is offered.

Seeking a Collector/CSR Agent who can speak Portuguese/English
The employee will work some of the company's Brazilian Accounts
Experience in Collections is not necessary, we will train, but the candidate should know we will be expecting him/her to be comfortable with high volume of outbound calls.
Our collection efforts is to our own owners (no cold calling) and we want a Collections/CSR Rep with a great Customer Service background.
