We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting consumers, with eligibility, enrollment, and general inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the phone queue efficiently, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Professionally and sensitively address the needs of the consumer, and the general public.
- Determine eligibility for enrollment and maintain accurate enrollment records.
- Refer consumers to other meal services as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain records in compliance with regulations.
- Interact with other agencies and contractors to facilitate program operations.
- Conduct reconciliations and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Proficiency in MS 365 Team's environment for efficient task management and collaboration.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
