Job Title:
Insurance Services Administrator
Location: Rochester, NY 14623
Compensation: $18 per hour
Work Hours/Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Drug and background screening required.
Overview:
Provide customer service for the company’s Property & Casualty clients.
Your responsibilities will include daily processing, data entry, validation of records, and maintenance of new and existing insurance accounts.
You will maintain a high level of knowledge of the products and services supported by the company and provide customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry of confidential client information, ensuring the security of this information.
• Meet department quality and productivity standards relative to data input and established timelines.
• Maintain required documents and records to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal insurance regulations.
• Provide necessary documentation to state and federal insurance agencies as well as our insurance partners as required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation Payment Service Agreement and ensure clients are meeting their obligations.
• Use systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Perform data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Document all interactions. Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree (Preferred)
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience in the insurance industry Benefits:
