We are looking for a Customer Service/Order Processing Specialist who will work with the Customer Service Manager in a one-on-one setting while coordinating order fulfillment with the Warehouse.

The scope of work involves answering customer inquiries through messages, phone calls, occasional walk-ins, processing daily orders for shipment, and the consistent advancement of the tools and processes to streamline workflow.

•TECH-SAVVY – comfortable with using tools and learning new software in order to work smarter and not harder.

Responsibilities:
•Process/ship daily orders, coordinate with warehouse team for picking/packing, and assist marketing/product team with acquiring/shipping samples.
•Answer all customer inquiries through telephone and written communications; including taking orders, providing information on our products and services, and troubleshooting/resolving order-related issues.
•Assist with establishing, optimizing, and streamlining order processing and customer service workflow.

Qualifications:
•3 Years of Customers Service Experience with an E-Commerce Company
•Previous Experience with Express and Ground Shipment Processing
•Proficient with Communicating Verbally/Written/In-Person
•WMS system experience is a plus.
