Job Details:
Pay Rate: $16/hour for non-bilingual; $17/hour for bilingual (Spanish/Creole)
Schedule: 1PM-11PM shifts, including weekends
Training: 9AM-6PM M-F for the first couple of weeks; then shifts between 1PM and 11PM
Location: Remote (must be located within the State of Florida)
Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection via Ethernet; Windows 10 or later or MAC 11 or later; headset with wired connection (no Bluetooth); laptop/desktop must be owned by the candidate (no borrowed devices); no tablets, hotspots, or cell phones for joining meetings.
Google Workspace Knowledge: Must know basic functions like mute, chat, screenshare, raising hand, turning on/off video, and leaving meetings.
Work Station: Quiet, distraction-free work environment with a functional desk and chair; no children under the age of 12 without another adult present; candidates must be fully visible during work hours.
Background Check: Candidates must pass a background check.
Additional Notes:
No Planned Time Off: During the first 90-120 days
Interview Process: After passing the initial interview and meeting tech requirements, candidates will undergo a 3-panel virtual interview
