We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, pricing, and order processing.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating as needed.
• Provide product recommendations and guidance based on customer needs.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, promotions, and policies.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
