Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative! The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with any issue that arises and providing support. It is required that the candidate can follow prewritten scripts, input information into the database, and relay researched answers to customers. Additionally, the candidate will have strong communication skills, be empathetic, and can foster an environment of trust and care for our clients’ desired outcomes. Customer Service Representative should display excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer questions from customers and further explain products and services.
• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, and chat requests to better assist users.
• Answer customer questions related to issues with their accounts.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and accurately document the interaction in the database.

Qualifications:
• Ability to actively listen and negotiate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of success and can articulate the results.
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information discreetly.
