Seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join a call center team in the Capital Region. This opportunity is for someone with high volume call experience. The company is in a convenient location, offers competitive pay and incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
-Take inbound and outbound calls from customers
-Answer questions about products and services
-Address customer complaints and concerns, and provide solutions
-Help customers troubleshoot, navigate the company website, or use products and services
-Collaborate with other call center representatives to improve customer service
- Handle high call volume, maintain high average call handling time, and high customer satisfaction scores
-Know when to escalate issues to other departments or team members

Requirements
-HS Diploma or GED
-Ability to pass fundamental spelling and typing tests
-Previous experience in a call center/customer service setting
-Punctuality and good attendance
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in basic computer skills
