A growing manufacturing company in Ontario, CA, is looking for a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join their team! If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and want to be part of a supportive, dynamic work environment, this is the opportunity for you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by offering timely, accurate information, answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving complaints. You’ll also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide detailed information on products, services, and pricing.
Assist with order placement, tracking, and processing.
Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and efficiently.
Work cross-functionally to meet customer needs and expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service or related experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
