Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Process orders, track shipments, and resolve any customer issues or discrepancies.
Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of any issues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (distribution experience a plus!).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar).
