We are actively recruiting Call Center Representatives for a national organization to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues while delivering excellent service. Responsibilities
• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Ability to handle different topics effectively
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
• Upsell products when opportunities arise
• Maintain records of all conversations in a comprehensible way

Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and utilizing de-escalation strategies during difficult conversations
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• High school degree or equivalent
