Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative! The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with any issue that arises and providing support. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and have an enthusiastic spirit!

Job Description:
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Receive incoming calls and determine appropriate resolution; escalate when necessary.
• Compose verbal and/or written correspondence to internal and external customers.
• Contact customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:
• Complete all requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accurately prioritize/process requests, data entry, etc.
• Respond to after-hours/emergency calls in a timely manner (when on-call).

Qualifications:
• Solid job tenure
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• 2 years relevant CSR experience
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Display good judgment and problem solving ability
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
